The hotel offers breathtaking views of the Panama City skyline from the spacious and well-equipped rooms. However, cleanliness could be improved. The service is mixed, with friendly and professional staff but lacking local knowledge. The location is great, close to major attractions. Dining options are somewhat limited. The facilities are modern and offer a decent experience.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were pretty big, clean, and so comfortable, making my experience beyond amazing. However, there is a charge if you have a guest in your room, which was a little disappointing. The hotel is nicely appointed, though.

The location, although centrally located in downtown Panama City, could have been better, but it was convenient to access with Uber and close to the metro station. The dining experience was great, offering a good deal with a lovely view of the city. The facilities were satisfactory, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
